They work hard throughout the season to create a welcoming, fun and safe atmosphere, so your recognition of their efforts means a lot to us. We have also taken note of your comments regarding the broken and loose tiles around the bar area, as well as the showers and intermittent hot water. We will pass this information on to the relevant team so that these points can be checked and addressed. Finally, thank you for your suggestion regarding the coffee percolator. We understand that the layout of the campsite and the proximity of the mobile homes did not provide the level of privacy you were looking for. Campsites in the Basque Country are generally built on more limited land. In addition, the owners have chosen to prioritize larger, more comfortable mobile homes, which naturally results in a closer layout between accommodations. We also take note of your comments regarding the entertainment programme and the use of English. We strive to offer activities that can be enjoyed by as many guests as possible, and your feedback will help us improve the experience for our international visitors. During peak periods, it can indeed become busier, and we understand your comment about seating availability. This is something we continuously review in order to improve guest comfort. Regarding the on-site shop, we understand your disappointment about the limited selection. Its offer is designed as a convenience store for basic items, while larger supermarkets are available nearby. We are also sorry that you were not informed about the local bakery and grocery options in Bidart. We usually strive to share this type of local information at reception, and we will make sure our communication is more consistent going forward so that guests are aware of all nearby options.
