Reception will be happy to answer your questions throughout your stay. For enquiries about a service, equipment loan or hire, tourist information, admission to the hamman, and so on... we are here to listen, and to meet your needs as best we can.

At reception, you can also purchase combined tickets to visit Biarritz Aquarium and the Cité de l’Océan at an attractive rate.

Reception is open every day from 9am to 6pm in low season, and from 8am to 8pm in high season.

Across our 4 star campsite, you’ll find an array of services designed to make your life easier.

For example, you can wash and dry your clothes just steps away from your rental unit or pitch, thanks to our laundry points. For food and regional produce, visit the campsite’s mini-market. There’s also a bakery service there, selling bread and pastries.

In addition, the swimming pool bar Txalupa and the Hobeki restaurant await when you want to raise a glass or discover the best-known dishes from the Basque Country.

Finally, for holidaymakers in camper vans, there is a service point on the main car park. We also offer a free refill token, which can be collected at reception.
